Condition Surveys

At Grade 2, we understand the importance of carrying out regular condition surveys, which if performed correctly will help minimise repair costs and extend the life of your structure.

Condition surveys are also important to the client to enable accurate costings to be established.

Following a completed survey, a detailed report is produced which includes causes, recommendations and a comprehensive, fully costed schedule of repairs and bills of quantities.

It is crucial that the depth of scale of corrosion is accurately assessed so that the correct repair plan can be adopted.
