Project – The Cotton Exchange

Summary – Grade 2 Structural Repairs Ltd were appointed to install a guaranteed liquid membrane waterproofing system to a commercial premises in Liverpool City Centre, as part of a wider refurbishment project undertaken by our in-house teams.
The results we’re spectacular and brought the property back to life following years of neglect.

Works – Installation of Roof Garden
Summary – Grade 2 Structural Repairs Ltd were appointed to install a roof garden to a commercial premises on the outskirts of Manchester City Centre.
The property has panoramic views over old Trafford cricket ground and wanted to make use of the additional space to host events and create a more desirable work space.
The contract was delivered within a strict programme of two weeks and the client was very pleased with the results.
